FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to the technology of laser synthesis of bulk products from powder compositions. It can be used in various fields of mechanical engineering. Layers of a powder composition containing metal powder and reinforcing ceramic particles are applied to the surface of the substrate, and laser processing is carried out until a bulk product is formed. The laser processing of the layers is carried out according to a pre-designed digital twin that provides control of the radiation power, scanning speed, beam diameter, focus position, scanning step and trajectory at a temperature below the melting temperature of ceramic reinforcing particles until a phase-structural transformation occurs with formation of secondary reinforcing ceramic particles in the nanometre range in the heterogeneous material.
EFFECT: obtaining a three-dimensional product with a given level of physical and mechanical properties.
