SUBSTANCE: guaranteed hinged stopper consists of a lower part in form of a cap with internal threading, the arch of which is closed by a cover excerpt the mouth, the diameter of which is less than half the diameter of the internal threading of the cover of the cap. The stopper also consists of a closing cap, formed through a hinge on the lower part and conjointly to it, with formation on its inner side a muft for sealing the mouth in the closed position. The cover of the cap of the lower part outside the mouth consists of an opening device with a cut through mandrel in the centre, which can be moved from the initial vertical position due to step-like deformation, to the end lower position by pressing. The closing cap consists of a pressure button for activating the opening device. The button is joined to the cap by jumpers and points of fracture.
EFFECT: provides for making a guaranteed hinged stopper, which provides for visibility of opening the stopper, besides that, the invention provides for flawless unsealing of film material, under the stopper, in such a way that, there is guarantee for pouring out the contents without hindrance through an opening.
