SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic manipulators and may be used in mechanisms of bearing post whereto beam with suspended tools is secured. Rotary device comprises body accommodating the post turning therein relative to body. Gear is rigidly secured at post bottom part while post top section has opening to fasten lifting beam with suspended tools. Body houses post drive hydraulic cylinders to accommodate rack with pistons engaged with gear to reciprocate and revolve the post. Said openings are arranged so that beeline between rack rear surface of whatever shape to body opening and body inner lateral wall, along normal to gear axis, exceeds the height of gearing between rack and gear.

EFFECT: better manufacturability and reparability in field.
