FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cheap method of producing a product based on polytetrafluoroethylene and silicon dioxide, which is used as independent antifriction material and as an antifriction additive. The product is obtained by mixing polytetrafluoroethylene wastes with ammonium hexafluorosilicate in gaseous phase. The gaseous phase is condensed. The obtained sublimate is treated with ammonia solution. The emulsion is separated from the solution and dried.
EFFECT: invention enables to achieve the highest homogeneity of the composite material.
