FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is directed to the development of a two-stage method for producing massive block products from suspension polytetrafluoroethylene and non-agglomerated filler nanoparticles, which is a molecular nanocomposite based on ultradisperse polytetrafluoroethylene and nanoparticles of titanium dioxide or silicon dioxide, synthesized from the gas phase by pyrolysis, followed by precipitation with ammonia water in the first stage. In the second stage, the material is additionally mechanically processed in a mechanoactivator for 15 minutes, tableting in a mold at a pressure P 100 MPa for 60 seconds, sintering with a filler content of 0.05–0.5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight suspension polytetrafluoroethylene at a temperature of T 365–370 °C for 60 minutes without overpressure.
EFFECT: technical result is the improvement of the physical and mechanical properties of the composite.
