SUBSTANCE: device with electrically heated honeycomb element is made of foil plates (4, 5) forming the channels, the electric current to which is supplied through casing that has contact output for connection to voltage supply (8) and many contact points (9, 10, 11) located at some distance from contact output for electric connection of foil plates (4, 5) to them, as well as one contact electric conductor (12, 13) between contact output and each contact point (9, 10, 11); besides, all contact electric conductors have the same electric resistance.
EFFECT: providing uniform heating of fluid medium passing through the honeycomb element, as well as simplicity and economy of fabrication of honeycomb elements.
