SUBSTANCE: device consists of one twisting mandrel located in central part of device and equipped with clamp for at least one sheet of foil, of form-die segments with at least one guide directing transfer of at least one sheet of foil during its rolling-up with at least one roller. Also, the device consists of at least one rotary clamping shoe. The form-die segments move progressively from central part of the device, while at least one rotary clamping shoe completely envelops central part of the device in working position and reproduces an external outline of a cellular structure.
EFFECT: upgraded quality of metal cellular elements.
