SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises fuel mix tank, service water tank, premixer with inlet branch pipes connected with said fuel and water tanks, pump with inlet communicated with premixer outlet branch pipe, settling tank, flow modulation rotor apparatus with inlet connected via coarse filter with pump outlet connected via pipeline with fuel tank and settling tank. Fuel intake branch pipe is arranged fuel tank and represents vertical or inclined tube with side surface provided with radial holes arranged at different distances from tank bottom. Intake tubes connected via valves with pump and using hardware are arranged settling tank at height 0.85h and 0.5h where h is fuel level height above settling tank level. Settling tank bottom is connected via valve with combustion chamber of using hardware.

EFFECT: higher quality of standard and off-grade fuel, higher safety in recovery of fuel cleaning products.
