FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: system of devices for self return of issued objects includes a range of devices controlled by a control module. All objects are marked with identifiers and users are provided with identification means having a readable identification code. To return issued objects, a user brings their identification means to the reader and identified by the system. After identification, the user receives access to a storage area where the returned objects are placed. The control module takes stock of objects in the storage area by reading identifier codes of their labels using a reader such that upon the appearance of objects issued to a user earlier, the control module records the return of these objects by the user, and records issuing of these objects to the user when objects are taken from the storage area.
EFFECT: high reliability of the device and enabling stowage of objects in the storage area by the user when said objects are returned.
