FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: microwave oil melter comprises a working reservoir 1, inside of which along the periphery there are perforated resonator chambers 4. Above these chambers in the horizontal plane there is a sieve 12, which comprises heating elements. The sieve 12 occupies entire cross section of the reservoir 1. Resonator chambers are arranged so that they are screwed into appropriate dielectric plates 5 with the internal thread. The dielectric plate serves as a cover of a resonator chamber, and it is rigidly fixed to the inner surface of the working reservoir 1 in those areas, where there are holes for radiators of microwave generator units 2. Generator units 2 are installed at the outer side of the working reservoir 1. The working reservoir 1 also comprises a loading cover 14. Between the lower and upper base of the reservoir 1 there is a pipeline 6, making it possible to circulate melted oil with the help of a pump 7.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide for acceleration of a melting process, and to increase quality of melted oil by means of its disinfection.
