FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing industry and can be used for disinfection and thermal treatment of oil-raw materials in electromagnetic field of ultra-high frequency during production of melted butter, including for heating of butter with expired storage life. Microwave installation with toroidal resonator for heat treatment of oil-raw material comprises vertically arranged cylindrical screening housing 1 with cover 6, inside of which there is coaxially arranged toroidal perforated resonator 2. Magnetrons 3 of microwave generators are located outside the cylinder along the perimeter with shift by 120 degrees. Emitters of magnetrons 3 are directed through shielding housing 1 by means of waveguide inside toroidal resonator 2. Lower part of toroidal resonator 1 is perforated. Living cross-section of holes provides flow of homogenized raw material during pumping by means of pump 10. Under the lower perforated part of the toroidal resonator there is a non-ferromagnetic storage container 8 with a branch pipe connected through valve 9 to the viscous liquid pump 10. Flexible hose 7 is connected to pump 10, the other end of which is directed through the available opening in cover 6 of shielding housing 1 to receiving container 4. Receiving tank 4 of non-ferromagnetic material is installed coaxially above condenser part of toroidal resonator 2. Inside receiving container 4 coaxially vertically located cone-shaped limiter of radiations 5. Size of annular gap between limiter 5 and receiving container 4 is not more than a quarter of wave length. Diameter and middle perimeter of torus are equal to multiple half of wave length.
EFFECT: quality improvement of melted oil by means of disinfection due to high intensity of electric field.
