FIELD: meat processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a microwave melter of fatty material with a drum resonator, characterized by the fact that it comprises in the horizontal plane a non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing with non-ferromagnetic loading and receiving containers with non-ferromagnetic electrically driven spiral screws, wherein inside the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing a perforated non-ferromagnetic cylinder without a base in the form of a drum is attached on the side of its base on the electrically driven shaft, and inside it there is a stationary dielectric spiral tape, inside which a ceramic perforated chute is located at an angle to its axis, wherein stationary dielectric spiral tape is made with pitch of not more than two depths of wave penetration into raw material and diameter, less than the diameter of the inner surface of the perforated non-ferromagnetic cylinder without a base in the form of a drum, which forms a cavity resonator with the base of the cylindrical non-ferromagnetic shielding body, wherein ceramic perforated chute is rigidly attached by one end to non-ferromagnetic loading container, installed at the joint of the side surface of the cylindrical non-ferromagnetic shielding housing and its base, containing along perimeter with shift by 120 degrees waveguides with magnetrons of air cooling, at that, under the cylindrical non-ferromagnetic shielding housing there are non-ferromagnetic receiving container for crackling and receiving container for fat with beyond-limit waveguide containing ball valve.

EFFECT: invention enables to intensify the process of extracting fat from fat-containing raw material.
