SUBSTANCE: whole-grain oat flakes for microwave treatment can be cooked within 1 minute under the conditions of microwave treatment in a microwave oven without start of boiling and contain unmilled whole-grain oat flakes having thickness equal to 0.014-0.022 inches (0.035-0.056 cm) The product of whole-grain oat flakes has hydration rate sufficient for fast thermal treatment in a microwave oven without start of boiling or foam formation or pouring over the brim.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product of oatmeal porridge type with target-oriented organoleptic properties and characteristics.
