SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pressed soluble tobacco product (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60) for oral consumption produced from a composition containing the following components: (a) at least one tobacco component in an amount of 30 - 50 wt %. The said at least one tobacco component contains milled or powder-like tobacco; (b) at least one flavouring agent in an amount of 1 -15 wt %; (c) at least one filling binding agent in an amount of 5 - 35 wt %; (d) at least one sweetener in an amount of 1 - 3 wt %; (e) at least one lubricating agent in an amount of less than nearly 1 wt %; (f) at least one moisture absorber; and (g) at least one sliding agent in an amount of less than nearly 1 wt %; and (h) at least one lipid.
EFFECT: production of tobacco product in a pressed form.
