SUBSTANCE: production method for chewing gum granules consists in feeding the chewing gum composition, including at least a gummy base, to the extruder, composition pressing in the extruder, extrusion of the composition through the forming bushing; cutting the extruded composition in the chamber filled with liquid. Cut chewing gum granules contain at least the gummy base within the limits 71-99% (mass fraction) with respect to the total granule weight, together with at least sweetener and/or aromatizer within the limits from 0.1 till 29% (mass fraction) with respect to the total granule weight. Cut granules have an average diameter 3 mm and less. The production method for chewing gum pressed tablets consists in production of chewing gum granules; feeding the granules to the tableting machine, pressing the tablet granules in the tableting press. Chewing gum granulating system to use in production of chewing gum pressed tablets consists in extruder with the feeder to introduce the gummy base composition, which is interconnected with the granulating chamber filled with liquid through the forming bushing with many openings. The forming bushing has the first number of openings of the first size and at least the second number of openings of the second size, more than the specified first size.
EFFECT: acquisition of chewing gum tablet without granule separation in it.
