SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the prevention of wound postoperative complications of allohernioplasty of the anterior abdominal wall. For this purpose, medicinal products containing diosmin and hisperedin are used according to the following scheme: on the 2nd day of the postoperative period, 2 tablets are prescribed — 1,000 mg twice a day in the absence of nausea, from the third day, 2 tablets are prescribed — 1,000 mg three times a day for 4 days, then — 2 tablets are prescribed — 1,000 mg twice a day for 3 days and 2 tablets are prescribed — 1,000 mg once a day for the next 7 days, until the postoperative wound is completely healed and the sutures are removed. Additionally, thiotriazoline is included in the complex of therapeutic measures from the first day of the postoperative period, intramuscularly, 0.05 ampoules of 5 ml of 1% or 2 ml of 2.5% solution, with the total course of treatment being 4–5 days.

EFFECT: invention reduces wound complications by accelerating the engraftment of the mesh implant in the early stages after surgery.
