FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: surgical instrument has two clamping jaws on the end of a shank or a handle and resting against a pass-through clamping screw. At least one of the clamping jaws is turnable between an open position and a close position, and has an incision tool. The incision tool slides into a gap between the clamping jaws, substantially parallel to a long axis of the instrument. The clamping screw has a passage opening extending towards the direction of the incision tolls through which the incision tool can be inserted. The greatest length of the passage opening across the direction of the incision tool is related at least to dimensions of the incision tool in this direction.
EFFECT: instrument has a simple structure with a stable rotary support.
