SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine. Ophthalmologic cutting device, containing support base, intended for fixation to device of motion generation, and tip with blade. Blade preferably has upper and lower edges, as well as anterior edge going between upper and lower edges, upper edge has shorter length in comparison with lower edge, anterior edge being tilted downward from distal end of upper edge to distal end of lower edge, and lower edge, which is surface of interaction with substance, is thinner than upper edge. Preferable is tilted in reverse, proximal direction, anterior edge, for instance, at angle from 10° to 45° with rectilinear and/or curved part of edge or combination of rectilinear and anterior part of edge. Versions of blade implementations include blade, narrowing in thickness from top to bottom, and blade, which has curved upper part of anterior edge, as well as blade, whose lower edge has distal rectilinear part and recessed part, located in proximal way with respect to distal rectilinear part. In addition, anterior edge is preferably formed by diverging in longitudinal direction opposite side walls.

EFFECT: application of said group of inventions makes it possible to cut cataract into easily manipulatable fragments efficiently.
