FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method comprises application of neutral hydrophobic film of wax-based material on pattern by dipping, layer by layer forming of refractory shell on the pattern, removal of the pattern and calcination of ceramic mould. Hydrophobic film features lower melting point than that of pattern material. Pattern is removed during holding the mould with pattern furnace in water at temperature not exceeding that film material dropping point and flushing the mould in water at temperature exceeding dropping point of film material in two or three cycles with holding for 2-3 minutes. Mould with patter is held in furnace at temperature exceeding than of film material dropping point but lower than that of pattern material melting point for 3 minutes per 1 mm of mould thickness.
EFFECT: higher surface quality and process efficiency, lower material input.
