SUBSTANCE: end cap comprises a central body and at least three elastic elements. The elastic elements extend from the central body and are retained against the inner part of the paper roll. The elastic elements have radial extensions. Rotation of the cap or its part affects the radial extensions. The cap is inserted into the roll on at least one side.
EFFECT: ease of use and possibility of tight fit of the cap on the roll.
