FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new compounds of lanthanide complexes, namely, to the ligands of lanthanide fluoro-substituted aromatic carboxylates, which can be used as a luminescent material in optical instruments. Compounds of formula Ln(C6F5-x-yHxAyCOO)3(Q)m(H2O)n, where x = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4; y = 0, 1; m = 1, 2; n = 0, 1; Ln = Nd, Eu, Tb, Yb, Er; A = -Cl, -NH2, -COOCnH2n+1 (n = 1, 2), -CH2R, where R = -H, -OH, -Cl, -F, -NH2, -CnH2n+1 (n = 1, 2); Q – phenanthroline (Phen), batofenantroline (BPhen), triphenylphosphine oxide (TPPO), exhibiting luminescent, including electroluminescent properties. Organic light-emitting diode is also proposed, which includes these lantanide luminescent complexes.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the arsenal of soluble lanthanide complexes with luminescent, including electroluminescent properties, as well as the OLED arsenal with an emission layer based on them.
