FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to graft copolymers used in building chemicals as additives which reduce water loss. Disclosed is a graft copolymer based on component (a), consisting of an aqueous colloidal-dispersion solution of amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO2) and primarily nanosilicon which has reacted with unsaturated silane and a water-soluble, sulphonic acid-containing polymer component (b), wherein the silane in component (a) is ethylenically unsaturated alkoxy silane with 5-15 carbon atoms and primarily a representative of 3-methacryloxypropyl trialkoxy silane, 3-methacryloxypropyl dialkoxy silane, methacryloxymethyl trialkoxy silane, (methacryloxymethyl)dialkoxy silane, vinyl dialkoxy silane or vinyl trialkoxy silane. Also disclosed is a method of producing said graft copolymer and use thereof.
EFFECT: obtained graft copolymer - nanocomposite - is suitable as an additive for use in building chemicals and when opening, exploiting and integrating underground deposits of oil and natural gas with high salinity and at high temperatures.
