FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to neurology and describes method of differential diagnostics of small intracerebral hematomas and small deep infarctions of brain, which includes examination of patient aimed at detection of neurologic symptoms, where in case of development of neurologic symptoms, in patient's blood serum determined is the level of neurospecific enolase (NSE) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and in case of NSE index value - 9.7±0.6 and BDNF indices - 25.6±5.1, small intracerebral hematoma is diagnosed, and in case of NSE value - 30.5±3.1 and BDNF - 70.4±5.8, small deep infarction of brain is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method ensures high accuracy of differential diagnostics of small intracerebral hematomas and small deep infarctions of brain due to increased sensitivity.
