SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a class of elastic antiradar materials whose composition and structure provide efficient absorption of electromagnetic energy in the radio wave band, which can be used to reduce radar contrast of aircraft, as well as sea and surface objects. Reducing the level and/or power of electromagnetic waves reflected from an object to 10-30 dB is the technical result of the invention, which is achieved due to that the disclosed material contains polymer binder and powdered filler made from a mixture of silicon carbide, silicon oxide and ultrafine carbon, with the following ratio of components, wt %: polymer binder 40-50, silicon carbide 40-45, silicon oxide 3-15, ultrafine carbon 2-5, wherein the silicon carbide, silicon oxide and ultrafine carbon are spherical particles with the following diameters: silicon carbide from 10 to 30 mcm, silicon oxide from 5 to 10 mcm, and ultrafine carbon from 50 to 200 nm. The disclosed anti-radar material can be applied directly onto the surface of the protected object and/or a flexible electroconductive base made from woven and/or nonwoven material used to make a flexible cover coated with the anti-radar material.
EFFECT: reducing the level and/or power of electromagnetic waves reflected from an object to 10-30 dB.
