SCHEDULING GRANT INFORMATION SIGNALLING IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC H04L1/00

Abstract RU 2470466 C2

FIELD: physics, communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication and more specifically to signalling scheduling grant or assignment information, for example, redundancy version and/or transport block size in wireless communication systems. A base station of a wireless communication infrastructure, including a transceiver connected to a controller which is configured to generate parity bits based on scheduling grant information and encode parity bits based on additional scheduling grant information not used to generate parity bits, wherein the encoded parity bits are merged with scheduling grant information. The additional scheduling grant information may be a transport block size or redundancy version information.

EFFECT: minimising the number of redundancy bits used to signal scheduling assignment and grant information.
