SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a terminal, a base station and a radio communication method. Terminal comprises a receiving section configured to receive downlink control information (DCI) containing transmission information of a group of code units (GCU); and a control section configured to control reception of said GCU based on said GCU transmission information, wherein control section is configured to determine GCU for retransmission based on bit array corresponding to GCU index, and DCI contains information on GCU removal, and wherein the control section is configured to control the GCU removal received before retransmission, or combining the GCU for retransmission and the GCU received before retransmission, based on the GCU removal information, wherein the DCI format used when scheduling the GCU for initial transmission is the same as the DCI format used when scheduling the GCU for retransmission.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing control of data transmission based on a group of code blocks.
