SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. To this end, receiving (transmitter - UE) or generating (transmitter - eNB) downlink control information with provision of resource with preset modulation and transport block size. Transport unit with coded channel coding data for transmission in a subframe with preset modulation and transport block size is generated. Control is carried out in subframes and it is used to determine whether an incomplete subframe or a full subframe is available to transmit a formed transport block with a modified modulation, different from a predetermined modulation, if a partial subframe is available instead of a full subframe. Receiver is received in receiver (receiver is UE) or generated (receiver is eNB), subframe size is determined, in which reception is expected, and then transport unit is received with modified modulation, if incomplete subframe is available.

EFFECT: technical result is efficient use of incomplete subframes.
