SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication facilities. Device configured to operate in communication network as pool proxy-server routes signaling traffic between first network node and one of the sets of pool nodes in second network. Additionally, the device is configured to operate in one of active and passive states with respect to first network and, when in said active state, to send intermittent signal in, at least, one of said pool node for relaying to pool peer proxy-server, and, when in passive state, to receive intermittent signal from pool peer proxy-server relayed via, at least, one of said pool nodes. In case no intermittent signal is received, when in passive state, the device is configured to activate itself as pool proxy-server with respect to the first network node.
EFFECT: ruled out conflicts between proxy-servers and other network nodes.
