FIELD: physics, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. In compliance with this invention, mobile station (UE) transmits upstream data at preset interval to base station using radio resource of upperlink assigned to said mobile station by preset panning data. Proposed method comprises following steps. (A) Transmitting preset interval and data on upstream line radio resource to mobile station (UE). (C) Transmitting preset planning data to (UE). (B) Transmitting upstream data at preset interval at time moment defined on the basis of received preset planning data and using upstream line radio resource allotted by means of preset planning data. At step C denied is the use of preset planning data if data on upstream line radio resource and data transmitted via upstream line radio resource disagree.

EFFECT: reduced probability of false operation in decoding upstream line planning grants in long-term planning.
