FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. In the mobile communication method according to the present invention, a mobile station (UE) sends upperlink data to a radio base station using an upperlink radio communication resource assigned to the mobile station through given scheduling information within the given cycle. The method involves the following steps: (A) messaging to the mobile station (UE) of a preset cycle; (B) messaging to the mobile station (UE) of preset scheduling information; and (C) transmission of the upperlink data within the preset cycle. Transmission starts at the moment, defined basing on the preset scheduling information, and uses an upperlink radio communication resource, assigned through the preset scheduling information. At (C) step the preset scheduling information is rejected, if the data in it does not correspond to at least one piece of the preset information on a scheme of modulation and encoding, transmission power control data and hybrid automatic retransmission request data.
EFFECT: lower chance of false triggering when decoding the upperlink scheduling grants within the bounds of long-term scheduling.
