SUBSTANCE: method of selecting a radio communication resource according to the present invention involves selecting on a semi-long-term basis a radio communication resource to be allocated to an uplink acknowledgement signal which indicates the receiving status of the long-term allocated downlink signal from a plurality of radio communication resources defined by frequency and code, and includes a step (A) for selecting from the plurality of radio communication resources potential allocated radio communication resources for allocation to the uplink acknowledgment signal, step (B) for transmitting information about the selected potential allocated radio communication resources and step (C) for selecting one allocated radio communication resource from the plurality of potential allocated radio communication resources, indicated in the information about potential radio communication resources transmitted at step (B).

EFFECT: base station and mobile station which are made while flexibly setting the time for allocating a downlink radio communication resource during long-term scheduling.
