SUBSTANCE: in the mobile communication method according to the present invention, a mobile station (UE) receives downlink data transmitted from a radio base station using a downlink radio communication resource assigned to the mobile station through given scheduling information in a given cycle. The method includes a step (A) of transmitting to the mobile station (UE) a given cycle and downlink radio communication resource information, step (B) of transmitting to the mobile station (UE) given scheduling information and step (C) of receiving downlink data in a given cycle using the downlink radio communication resource assigned through the given scheduling information, wherein reception begins at a specific moment in time defined based on the received scheduling information. At step (C), the given scheduling information is discarded when downlink radio communication resource information and information transmitted through the given scheduling information contradict each other.

EFFECT: low probability of false signalling.
