During telephone calls psychological impact is performed on patient at the background of classical major composition of moderate tempo, for which purpose the following structured text is pronounced: greeting and introduction, reminder of therapy necessity with support of patient's confidence in prolonging quality life with its regular application; explanation of action of medication taken in by patient, taking into account peculiarities of ordinary consciousness, warning patient about the most spread mistakes in treatment; recommendations about changing life style and explanation of their necessity; reminder about possibility of connecting with their doctor, emotional support and farewell, with metaphors, used by patient for explanation of their state and mechanism of drug action being applied in the text.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of hypolipidemic therapy by increasing commitment of patients to non-medicamental and medicamental treatment.
