FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of structural materials and specifically to compositions of mineral binder based on fuel wastes - flue ash, and can be used in making construction products and structures. The binder contains an aluminosilicate component - flue ash, obtained from burning Kansk-Achinsk brown coal at TPP-7, Bratsk, Irkutsk region and an alkaline component - liquid glass, produced from large-tonnage ferrosilicon wastes from the Bratsk Ferroalloy Plant - microsilica, containing impurities in form of a β-modification of SiC and graphite, with silica modulus n=1 and density 1.37-1.40 g/cm3, and the aluminosilicate binder component - flue ash consists of 20 wt % field I flue ash, characterised by sieve No.008 residue of 7.4%, and 80 wt % field II flue ash, characterised by sieve No.008 residue of 1.6%, the β-modification of SiC is contained in amount of 1.9-6.2 wt % and the graphite is contained in amount of 4.85-7.1 wt %, with the following ratio of components, wt %: said liquid glass 38.5-40.5; said field I flue ash 11.9-12.3; said field II flue ash 47.6-49.2.
EFFECT: obtaining binder with high frost resistance.
