FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and specifically to compositions of mineral binders on liquid glass, and can be used in making building products and structures. The binder, which contains an aluminosilicate component - flue ash obtained from burning Kansk-Achinsk brown coal at TPP-7 Bratsk, Irkutsk region and an alkaline component - liquid glass made from large-tonnage wastes from production of ferrosilicium at the Bratsk Ferroalloy Plant - microsilica, containing 3-5 wt % β-modification of silicon carbide and 4-6 wt % finely dispersed flaked graphite, with silica modulus n=1 and density 1.32-1.41 g/cm3, additionally contains an additive - a binder setting retarder - wastes from the Bratsk Timber Processing Complex - sulphate black liquor (SBL), where said ash consists of 80% field I flue ash and 20% field II flue ash,with the following ratio of components in wt %: said liquid glass 39.6-43.2, said SBL (per dry substance) 1.5-1.7, said ash of said composition - the balance.
EFFECT: improved strength properties of the binder while simultaneously maintaining the required setting time.
