FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and specifically to compositions of mineral binding substances on liquid glass, and can be used in making construction articles and structures. The binder contains the following in wt %: aluminosilicate component - field I flue ash, obtained from burning Kansko-Achinsky brown coal at Thermal Power Station (TPS) 7, Bratsk, Irkutsk Region 56.2-59.1, liquid glass made from large-tonnage wastes from production of ferrosilicon at the Bratsk ferroalloy plant - microsilica containing 6-8 wt % β-SiC and 5-7 wt % graphite with silica modulus n=1 and density 1.32-1.37 g/cm3, 38.7-42.1 and a binder set retarder - wastes from the Bratsk timber processing complex - sulphate black liquor (in terms of dry substance) 1.5-1.7.
EFFECT: high quality of the binder.
