SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of building materials, in particular to production of concrete which can be used in making wall blocks. The crude mixture for producing concrete contains the following, wt %: cement 25-27, thermal power plant flue ash with specific surface area of 2800-5000 cm2/g 10.0-12.0, carboxymethyl cellulose 0.01-0.02, superplasticiser S-3 1-1.4, expanded clay with particle size of 10-20 mm and/or azerit with particle size of 10-20 mm 34-37, water - the balance.
EFFECT: low cement consumption without loss of quality of concrete.
