FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be used for measurement of intraocular pressure. Method lies in influencing on eye with pneumatic pulse with simultaneous illumination of its surface with laser, with application of calibration curve for eye model. Reflected signal is converted into autodyne signal. Its power is registered. After that, signal is digitised and analysed. Function of movement of eye section Z (t) is restored by digital autodyne signal P(t) by means of reverse function θ+Z(t)=±arccos(P(t))+2πn, where n=0,± 1 ,±2,…; function Z(t) is used to determine value of eye deformation ΔZ, by which intraocular pressure is determined. Calibration curve is obtained by illumination of eye model with laser with simultaneous impact on it with pneumatic pulse, value of model deformity ΔZ, to which pressure inside model, measured by means of manometer or in accordance with Maklakov's method, is put in correspondence, is determined.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of measurement of intraocular pressure by non-contact method.
