SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vertebrology, manual medicine, neurology and can be used in determination of various functional states of vertebral-motor segment of spine: normal, state of functional or organic block or presence of hypermobility in cervical, thoracic or lumbar parts of spine. Device for diagnostics of functional states of vertebral-motor segment of spine by measurement of difference of distances between spinous processes of adjacent vertebra with change of patient's body position contains two connected to each other with possibility of travel in plane rods, which have elastic supports on their ends, and measuring device in form of ruler and indicator of measured distance. Elastic supports are fixed on free ends of rods by means of hinges. Ruler is fixed on free end of one of rods above elastic support in such a way that the perpendicular, drawn from its zero mark passes through the middle of elastic support of connected to it rod, and indicator of measured distance is fixed on the middle of elastic support of the second rod with possibility of forming right angle with measuring scale of ruler.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase self-descriptiveness of manual examination and increase its efficiency with considerable reduction of time consumption and physical effort on carrying out manual diagnostics.
