FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vertebrology. In patient distance between spinous processes of adjacent vertebra is measured in vertical body position. Then with its inclination at 40-60 degrees forward, if difference between numerical data of distance between spinous processes, obtained during measurement in vertical position and numerical data of distance between spinous processes obtained with inclination constitutes from 8 to 12 mm, conclusion about normal functioning of vertebrolocomotive segment is made, if value of said difference is less than 8 mm, conclusion about presence of functional or organic block of vertebrolocomotive segment is made, if value of said difference is higher than 12 mm, conclusion about hypermobility in vertebrolocomotive segment is made.
EFFECT: method allows to increase descriptiveness of manual examination with considerable reduction of time consumption and physical expenditures.
