FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to neurosurgery. Implantation of electroconducting elements is performed. Before implantation, intraoperatively, identification of the largest bundles of injured nerve is performed, and microelectrodes from metal or polymeric current-conducting material are introduced into nerve bundle on 3-4 mm. First, microelectrode is implanted into bundle of central bundle, then into bundle of peripheral end of nerve, in accordance with topic of intra-trunk location of nerve bundles; after implantation of microelectrodes, the entire diastasis is covered with conduit-tube, which has porous structure. Before its sewing to epineurium, diastasis is filled with gel, which contains medications, acceleration regenerative processes.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for recovery of injured nerve in case of extended defects.
