FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain humidification before grain grinding. Proposed machine comprises housing accommodating vertical shaft with water spray and grain throwing disc fitted on shaft bottom end and driven by motor, shutter in grain feed funnel, needle valve in line feeding water to water spray disc, and mixing screw arranged under housing discharge opening and driven by motor engaged with vertical shaft drive motor. Hatches are arranged in grain feed funnel to make, inside housing and mixing screw, a tight chamber communicated with vacuum source, that is, rotary vacuum pump. Moisture remover made up of mixing screw is arranged under aforesaid hatch. Hatch is also located at moisture remover outlet. Moisture remover inner chamber communicates with heated air source with its discharge branch pipe located nearby grain discharge hatch and equipped with gauze filter. Moisture remover communicates with excess-pressure heated air source, exhaust branch pipe of vacuum pump, while air duct is connected to cyclone.

EFFECT: uniform humidification, faster conditioning.
