SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the grain processing industry. Proposed is a machine for intensive grain moisturisation with a cleaning effect, containing a working chamber installed at an angle of 24° to the horizon, with an inner rotor consisting of a shaft and blades mounted at an angle of 36° to the shaft axis, forming a helical line, and linked with the drive, a loading branch pipe, an unloading branch pipe, and water supply nozzles. The blade profile is made in the form of a plane with corrugation in the form of pyramids with a base length of 2 mm, a height of 1 mm, and an angle 127° between the faces.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grain moisturisation with minimal water consumption.
