SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compounds of general formula and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts possessing the properties of TNFα inhibitor and IL-2 production stimulator, as well as to a pharmaceutical composition, a method of treating and a single standard dosage form and their use. In general formula, Y represents C=O or CH2; and R1 represents (C1-C6)alkyl substituted by (C1-C6)alkoxy group, 5-10-member aryl, (5-10-member aryl)-(C1-C6)alkyl, 5-10-member heterocyclyl, 5-10-member heterocyclyl-(C1-C6)alkyl, 5-10-member heteroaryl, (5-10-member heteroaryl)-(C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)alkylcarbonyl, di(C1-C6)alkylaminocarbonyl, (C1-C6)alkoxycarbonyl, 5-10-member heteroarylcarbonyl or 5-10-member heterocyclylcarbonyl; wherein heterocyclyl contains 1-3 heteroatoms specified in N, S and O, and heteroaryl contains 1-3 heteroatoms specified in N, S and O and wherein R1 is optionally substituted by one or more groups specified in (C1-C6)alkoxy, halo, (C1-C6)alkyl, carboxy, (C1-C6)alkylaminocarbonyl and (C1-C6)alkoxycarbonyl.
