FIELD: textiles, paper.

SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining the cotton fabric for technical use includes desizing, boiling, bleaching, dyeing with active or direct dyes, final finishing, washing between the stages first with hot and then cold water. And desizing is carried out at 50-60°C with a solution of biological product of α-amylase at a concentration of 2.0 to 12.0 g/l in the presence of complexing agent Fiolent at a concentration of 0.8 to 1.2 g/l. Boiling is carried out at 40-70°C in a solution based on biological product of pectinase at a concentration of 0.3 to 0.8% by weight of the tissue in the presence of complexing agent Fiolent at a concentration of 0.8 to 1.2 g/l. Bleaching is carried out in a solution based on hydrogen peroxide, followed by treatment at 50-60°C for 10-20 minutes with a solution of a biological product based on catalase at a concentration from 0.3 to 0.8 g/l with the addition of acetic acid to pH of 6.5-7.5. Dyeing is carried out with an addition to the dye solution of a biological product based on cellulase at a concentration of 0.5 to 2 g/l, and the final finishing - in a solution based on organofluoric agent at a concentration of 40 to 80 g/l simultaneously with fixing the colour.

EFFECT: improvement of the quality of cotton of increased strength while simplifying the finishing technology and reducing the amount of waste water.
