SUBSTANCE: invention represents a composition of an extended qualification panel of control materials prepared of human blood serum if a liquid native form ready to be used without preparation. The extended quantitative composition of the panel involves 24 non-recurrent control materials, including: 8 - with high, 8 - with low content of antitreponemal antibodies and 8 samples containing no antibodies. Control material samples containing antitreponemal antibodies selected in the panel by Pangborn's antigen antibody gain: 1:1, 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16, 1:32, 1:64 and 1:128 - two samples with each titre. The control materials of the extended panel are characterised by a long-term period of specific activity preservation due to the content of a preserving agent having no effect on serum reaction results.

EFFECT: variety of the control materials of the extended panel, their long shelf life and native form of presentation enables intralaboratory and external quality control of serum examinations for the purpose of diagnosing syphilitic infection in clinical diagnostic laboratories of medical facilities.
