FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: controlling the clinical effectiveness in syphilis following the treatment is ensured by detecting the absence of anticardiolipin antibodies in body's blood serum with the use of standard serum tests with cardiolipin syphilis antigens. If the serum tests with cardiolipin syphilis antigens are negative, high-specific polypeptide antigens of cell structures of cultural or pathogenic T.pallidum pallidum prepared by various methods are introduced in the body. Over a period of time, the presence or the absence of blood serum anticardiolipin antibodies is stated. The absence of blood serum anticardiolipin antibodies enables stating the effectiveness of the conducted treatment. The presence of blood serum anticardiolipin antibodies enables stating the non-effectiveness of the conducted treatments that requires a retreatment.

EFFECT: method provides more accurate control of the clinical effectiveness in syphilis.
