FIELD: medicine, venerology. SUBSTANCE: one should detect the presence of blood serum and spinal liquid antibodies to antigens of syphilis agent, moreover, they should be detected at molecular weight being 15, 17, 41 and 47 kDa. At detecting blood serum antibodies to two or more antigens, and spinal liquid antibodies to antigen 17 kDa only one should verify earlier syphilitic lesion of central nervous system. The method provides increased accuracy of serodiagnostics in case of early neurosyphilis, it is very simple to be carried out. EFFECT: higher efficiency of serodiagnostics.
