SUBSTANCE: regional subscriber databases of SIM cards and authentication databases of SIM cards of that region are formed; a registered subscriber identifier of each SIM card and a unique identification key of that SIM card are entered into a first encrypted container; a service database of virtual SIM cards is formed; the first container is stored; upon request of a service, information on the region of the SIM card is analysed in the local base station based on its subscriber identifier; in case of a mismatch, the corresponding virtual SIM card in the service database is requested; the virtual SIM card of that subscriber, whose data are used when providing the subscriber with the service, is transmitted in a second encrypted container.
EFFECT: wider range of apparatus and high security when working with virtual SIM cards.
