SUBSTANCE: invention provides for a charging circuit of a secondary accumulator battery with operational amplifiers connected to a middle point of multiple serially connected elements of an accumulator battery, capable of preventing leakage of charging/discharging current to a middle point and input/output current from the middle point to each element of the accumulator battery. The charging circuit comprises detectors (4-6) of excessive voltage for detection of whether voltage of each of three lithium-ion elements (1-3) of the accumulator battery, included into the accumulator battery, is excessive, and a controller (7) of charging for detection of a recharging condition of each element of the accumulator battery on the basis of voltages detected by detectors (4-6) of excessive voltage, and then for control into an on/off position of a part (8) of a charging switch. Repeaters (101, 102) of voltage comprise operational amplifiers and npn-transistors connected to middle points between an element (1) of an accumulator battery and an element (2) of an accumulator battery, and also an element (2) of an accumulator and an element (3) of an accumulator, accordingly. Outputs of voltage repeaters (101, 102) are the base for detectors (5, 6) of excessive voltage, accordingly.
EFFECT: higher reliability of accumulator battery protection.
